Hi there! This tool is primarily intended to help with manual WA campaigns, but can also be used to telegram some group of nations en masse. It works by splitting a list of nations into batches of 8 (or less), with each batch provided after the native timeout between sending telegrams expires. This tool is maintained by Islandwalk, forked from an older project by The Ice States.
